The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) embarked on a significant project to transition to Microsoft Teams Phone across all schools and administration offices. Fivel Systems exceeded our expectations by providing the standard Microsoft Teams and Phone user adoption training series but also creating customized, role-based videos for Principals, Vice Principals, Administrators, and Teachers. This micro video-based training approach significantly reduced unnecessary Service Desk calls, eased user adoption, and greatly enhanced the overall end-user experience.
