John Breakey

CEO, Fivel Systems Corp.

John is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years experience in the IT industry ranging from technology platforms to complex software systems. As CEO of UNIS LUMIN Inc, a large, national systems integrator, he became acutely aware that technology adoption was a major impediment to customers exploiting the value of their technology investments. After extensive research of the current training market and partnering with a major College to conduct a corporate learning industry research the idea and concept for Fivel were born.

John has an extensive background in leadership management, Board governance, growth companies, human behaviour and innovation strategies. He is past chair of a number of industry and business associations and serves as a director for 3 other innovative companies. John is the lead investor and CEO in Fivel. He is a regular speaker and contributing writer for trade publications, blogs and is actively involved in the IT industry as Director and Past Chair of the Information Technology Association of Canada.

David Huggins

MASc, FloD, CMS

David HugginsDavid is principal of Andros Consultants, and founder of the Polaris Leadership Academy. He is a behavioral scientist with diverse business experience, combining a profound knowledge of human dynamics with insightful strategy and practical methods for building leadership potential and managerial effectiveness within the many organizations he counsels.

David is a learning adviser to Fivel. In this capacity he counsels our Learning Moment Research and Content Production staff to ensure that content is optimally structured for how we learn and retain information.

Tracy Milner

MClSc(OT), CEO BrainFX

Tracy Milner is an Occupational Therapist who has been practicing in community neuro-rehabilitation for over ten years. She is co-founder of BrainFx, a revolutionary cognitive evaluation tool Complex Injury Rehab, and the Community Acquired Brain Injury Network [CABIN]. She has held management positions in national health care organizations.

Tracy has her Master of Clinical Science degree in Occupational Therapy, and Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario. She is experienced in the assessment, case management, and treatment of adults and children with severe or catastrophic injuries, such as acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury, as well as in Life Care Planning. She is passionate about neuroscience and the exciting developments unfolding through use of technology.

Tracy's deep knowledge of cognitive brain function and memory retention are integral to Fivel's ability to delivery far better learning outcomes.
