As part of TCDSB’s rollout of Microsoft Voice, their partner included Fivel’s user adoption solution to ensure the transition went smoothly and users could quickly adopt the new technology. Fivel also augmented its standard Microsoft learning with custom videos for specific user groups so they could better understand how to use the Voice solution in their specific roles.
