When Piscataway Township Schools deployed the Cisco IP Phones 9851/9861 on their on-premise CUCM, they selected Fivel to help accelerate end-user adoption of the new technology. To ensure a frictionless experience for their 218 users, the system login was set up with single sign-on. Because staff specifically needed to know how to use the system directly on their phones, Fivel customized an existing Cisco IP Phone video to accurately show their phone screens and on-premises functions, consolidating the training into one convenient video.
The rollout was executed rapidly, beginning with an initial campaign at the beginning of April followed by a second campaign just one week later. This targeted strategy paid off: a final activity report generated after four weeks showed that 142 out of the 218 users had taken the training, resulting in a successful 65% adoption rate.
